I made this image in Norfolk County, on the shore of Lake Erie. What I love about it is the ambiguity. It looks like water and shore with a horizon and some clouds, but in fact it is all water...the "clouds" are a breaking wave, shot with a slow shutter speed and a bit of intentional camera movement. I enjoy the delicate colours from the setting sun, reflected in the water, and the soft, gentle mood.
