theme 2 week 3: MINIMALISM

I found an interesting, very spare concrete space in a Phoenix gallery. It was an empty round room, painted white, with a large circular opening to the sky, in the ceiling. The concrete was gently shaped around the opening, enabling softly contoured areas of lighter and darker tones to become visible from the light. I loved the atmosphere in this empty, minimalist space, and photographed the bare curved walls near the ceiling, including just a bit of the blue desert sky. Please click here to see Simone's image.
