52 week project: Impressions
My first 52 week project is completed, and I enjoyed the process so much, that I wanted to start a second one. This project will also involve making one image per week for 52 weeks, but this time my goal is to make all the photographs by moving the camera during the exposure. This technique can produce images that are impressionistic in appearance, and often are quite abstract. I have been shooting motion pans for several years and some of these can be found in the Impressions Collection. For this project, I will shoot specifically this way each week, and will explore this method with a wide variety of subjects.
I will upload one image each week, and will write a short note about each photograph.
