week 2

This image is a composite of four different photographs. I started with a still life of three eggs placed on an upended glass vase. Then I digitally added three different photographs to the three eggs, to add some surface interest, while allowing the texture in the eggshells to remain visible. I experimented with about a dozen different pattern photographs until I found the three that I felt were most effective.
