theme 7 week 1: FOOD

For the next four weeks we will be photographing food. I sliced a red cabbage in half and photographed the intricate designs. Each time I made a different cut, there were new options to shoot. The colour seemed garish so I converted the image to black and white. This also emphasized the graphic design aspect of the subject. After I finished the shoot, I sliced the rest of the cabbage and added it all to my salad! Please click here to see Simone's image.
