I had intended to make some photographs in the yard in the summer but it was too hot and I was too lazy, so instead I flopped down with my kindle on a suncot on my deck, under the patio umbrella. My camera was still with me. As I lay there I noticed the underside of the umbrella, so I made a multi of it, while still lying on the cot. It's whimsical, which I like, and graphic in design, which I also like. I also love the fact that I had no intention of shooting the umbrella, but discovered it instead. There's always something to shoot!
