2025 analog faves

I always painted abstracts but the past few years, seem to be seeing flowers in my pieces. I don't want to...I want to make abstracts, but in spite of myself, they bloom on the paper. I do fight it...I don't know why....I actually really like them when they're done. I never know what kind of work I'll end up with. I just make marks and paint, cover things over, add some more and the pieces keep evolving as I go. So even though I want to move on from the flowers, they are weird flowers and that's what my head seems to see and want to make, so I'll just keep doing it till I start seeing frogs or something.
