In the hallway of an inn where I stayed this week, I noticed the light patterns on the ceiling and wall from a wall mounted light fixture. The walls and ceilings were full of angles, and by using an extreme shooting perspective, and cutting off any architectural features which might give a sense of context, I made an image which is abstract and ambiguous.
