week 9

I was photographing reflections of trees for my tree project and noticed the reflection of my neighbour's boathouse in the lake. The water was very still and because it was very early, the most of building was still in shade except for an area of light which shone through some of the trees. I photographed the reflection of part of the building, being careful to include the entire light splotch, and framed it on two sides with the blue water. That the image is upside down was deliberate; I liked it better this way!
